All of our public tour routes are available for private group bookings! We are also happy to customize private tour experiences based on guests’ interests.
Whether it’s an exclusive experience for your family, a reward for top sales people at your firm, or a way to impress conference-going clients, our private tour experiences — expertly curated by company owner, Hillary — are where you should begin!
Some guests prefer to book private tours in order to ensure that they see as much as they can in a limited time frame, or in order to be able to adapt their tour to their specific interests or group size. Whatever the size of your group, Inside Chicago Walking Tours' engaging, fully customizable tours are a great option for a group activity. Because each group's interests are different, we offer fully customized experiences — no two private tours are alike! We accommodate groups of all sizes, and are happy to serve as hop-on guides if you already have a bus or boat chartered. We also offer city tours by car — please contact us below to chat about details.
What can you see on a private tour? Well, what would you like to see? Tour content varies indefinitely depending on guests' interests, and prices are based on a group-size basis for 2-hour chunks of time. Clients often prefer to leave content up to us, and we fill a couple hours with some of the best (and our favorite) things to see downtown. We’re also able to offer private tours of other neighborhoods, and can offer "power hour" tours between other activities you may have planned. The 2-hour private tour time frame is the “usual,” but by no means exclusive: we can tour for an hour or for a day, it’s up to you!
