The Art Institute of Chicago
Free every Monday and Friday (11am to 5pm), and every Thursday (11am to 8pm), through March 14th. Admission is always free for Illinois teachers!
Chicago History Museum
Free for Illinois residents the week of Monday, January 20th through Friday, January 24th, and Tuesday the 28th through Friday the 31st. Also free many days in February: 4-7, 11-14, 17-21, 25-28. Admission is always free for Illinois teachers!
DuSable Museum of Black History
Free every Wednesday, and always free for Illinois K-12 teachers!
The Adler Planetarium
Free for Illinois residents every Wednesday from 4-10pm.
The Field Museum of Natural History
Free every Wednesday from January through March for Illinois residents. Basic admission is always free for Illinois teachers (pre-K through 12th grade).
Shedd Aquarium
Free for Illinois residents all day on January 7-9, 14-21, 28-30; February 4-6, 11-13, 18-20, 25-27. Free every Tuesday night (5-9pm) from March through May!
Brookfield Zoo
Free for all guests January 2nd through February 27th on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Free for Illinois teachers on weekdays between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
